How can I give a user (Active Directory- Windows 2000 Server), local admin rights (simply to install software) on only the user's machine (Windows Vista Premium client) when she is logged into the machine (and authenticated to the network). I know I can create a new user locally on the Vista client to have these rights, but that is not what I want to do.
