Vista : how to synchronize my Outlook 2003 with an Ipaq mobile device

Hi,

I bought a new PC with Vista Home Premium Edition preconfigured.
I also have a mobile device (HP Ipaq 4700 series) that I would like to synchronize with my Outlook 2003 database.
With Windows XP, it was very easy to configure through Active Sync.

Does someone could tell me how to make a relationship between my Outlook and mobile device?
