I use IE6 on Win XP Pro:

Recently I had a problem with my PC and IE "forgot" all the links I've already visited. I know I can't fully restore the situation (or assume may be a better word) I don't want to have to visit them all again individually.

Can anybody point me in the direction of some software I can point at the page/s and it'll prefetch the links and mark those links into IE's history as visited?

I've tried a few I found doing a search, however even the best one only visited some of the links on the page and none of the links I wanted.

I've established that the "history" folders still contain all the profiles I've visited except they still don't show as visited links.

I've created a text file containing the URL for each of the profiles visited.

Could anybody help with either how to import that list into the "visited" memory of IE or a small program that could read the text file and open a realbrowser for each page?
