Visited Links Not Displaying In Different Color

My link looks like the following:

<a href=&quot;javascript:parent.toc.Go(20159)&quot;>Text</a><br>

I can't get the link to change color after it is visited. It works correctly in IE, but does not work in Netscape. What do I need to do differently?

make a
a:visited
tag in your CSS and give it the color you want I learned a bit yesterday, today i learned a lot, imagine what i'll learn tomorrow!
