Visioneer 7100 Scanner won't scan to printer

All,

I have a Visioneer 7100 scanner and an Epson Stylus printer. The scanner is USB.

When I scan a document directed to output to the printer it appears to scan normally but there is no output on the printer. The status messages tell me that the image transfer is complete. When I checked the C:\windows\temp\onetouch directory for the file it appears to be 0kb in size.

Any ideas on what the problem might be and how to resolve it?
