Hello all,
I'm troubleshooting for a company right now who uses Vision Point 2000 run off a file server. According to the employees, there was an unexpected shutdown and now a single part (Accounts Receivable) is unusuable. When you try to access it, it comes up with SBT 15 - Invalid file format / Corrupted Data. When you try to clear any multi-user flags, it says the file is in use.
My guess is that the file was indeed corrupted, and the 'in use' is an error that arises from that process not having many other error messages. I'm currently using 'DBF Doctor' to repair the DBF files under Ar****.dbf and seeing if that works.
Any useful tips/hints? Has anyone else ran into problems like this?
