Visio Organisation Chart Sorting

I have created a Visio Organisation Chart using data from Excel.

I have included information relating to the persons name, job title, department and start date. I now want to sort the subordinates by start date having the newest member of staff at the bottom of the branch.

Is this possible? I can't find anything on help and have looked for a sort option in all the menus.

Any help greatly appreciated as this is driving me mad!!!
