Visio on web page

I've tried to show a Visio flowcharts on a webpage. It looks fine, but Visio has converted the complete picture to one picture. A couple of the processes are hyperlinked to another visio page. These links won't work. How can I get them to work or how can I convert the Flowchart into small pictures??
