Visio On Toolbar

Hello, Is there a way to put a Visio 2002 button on Word and Exel toolbars. I seem to recall older versions did this automatically but this does not seem to be the case now.

Thanks Anne for your response. I successfully wrote a macro to accomplish my task. (Somewhat proud of myself since I have not done such a thing in at least ten years) The only thing I could not figure out was how to get the Visio icon on the toolbar. I used a generic one.
