Dear Forum,

How can I deploy a visio file with several sheets on a ASP.NET (*.aspx) page?
I tried to ake it with IFRAME tag but did not succeed...only the starting page (frameset) and corresponding visio sheet have been displayed. Clicking the links to (other visio sheets) on the visio start sheet shows a white pane only. So, I think I did sth. wrong...!?

Can anybody help me posting a short "how to"?

Thank you for any hint!

Thom

Thank you rvnguy, I've already read this posting.

Unfortunately it displays thevisio file in full edit mode.
I just want to sve the visio file via "File|Save as web" in html.

The problem: I'm using ASP.Net and corresponding ASPX-files, so: I have to use the IFrame tag, I think. This is documented in the visio help file, too. When using the IFrame-Tag <IFRAME src="##VIS_SAW_FILE##"> the first sheet of the visio file is displayed only. No embedded links to the other sheets works. I only get returned a blank window.

Has anyone experience with using visio in ASP.net / Iframe?

Did you really read it?
MS said:
Hyperlinks associated with the page are not supported[
It specifically states that HL's are not supported. This blanket and includes ASP.net, Iframes and all others.

Are you also using the vviewer from MS?

That poster was attempting to HL out to another visio file. His workaround was to include all files as pages in a single file.

Full info here

If you do not require dynamic linking for continuing updates, you could try exporting your visiofiles in a pic format(jpeg, gif or??) and link from page to page or create a menu/button selector to move between page images.
