Hello all,
I'm hoping that one of you has encountered this issue that I'm having and can possibly offer some guidance.
I have a bunch of Visio 2003 diagrams all saved as HTML, these html files live on our network drive as seperate files and are linked to from our intranet.
All of our users are using IE6 to view them but some (read "most") are unable to see the actual diagram when clicking through to the external file.
The file opens, the sidebar with zoom etc is visible and when mousing over the whitespace where the diagram should be you still get tooltips and even clicking on certain parts of the diagram where links are takes you to the correct destination, it's just that the diagram isn't visible.
I've tried installing Visio SP3 and the Visio Viewer onto the mahines where the problem occurs to no avail.

Any help/tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Staggo

Resolved.
The solution that worked for me is to save the file as a Visio 2002 drawing and then save that file as html ensuring that the "Output formats" setting is set to JPG.
