VISIO HELP! - Is there a forum for Visio

Hi all, I couldn't find a forum specifically for Visio so I am hoping someone out there may be able to help me out. I am creating an org chart within Visio and would like to flip it upside down.

Std. Orgs. Pres, VP, Director etc.

I would like to have mine go etc., Director, VP, Pres (at the bottom)

Is there a way, tool, addon etc. that can be used in Visio to flip an org chart upside down without having to do manually?
