Visio - Custom Property - Hyperlink

I am using the VISIO 2002 Org Chart Wizard. I list employee name and title on the org chart. However in custom properties window, I have their office number, telephone, who they report to and e-mail address. I would like to have the e-mail appear as a hyperlink so that the surfer can simply click on it.

How do I do it?
