Visio Cabling Stencils

Anyone ever seen any FREE stencils for drawings particular to just cabling? I have visio 2000 and I think the only things I have are a 2 port faceplate and a 66 block.

Try going to the manufacturer of the equipment you are using. I found (several Years ago) several sites that had templates for their equipment, Panduit was one I think.

ya- there are lots. I know I have chatsworth and leviton. They are pretty big visio solution files too.

Hubbell, Ortronics, AMP, Siemon and Systimax all have them as well. You just have to scour their sites to find them. Panduit also has a couple design tools besides just stenciles. The Room Layout tool is fairly new, and I haven't really used it yet, so can't give you a review.
