Visio Annotations

In previous versions of visio the annotation shapes could be easily modified, repositioned and change to fit into the process map. It seems they are much less user friendly in 2010. Granted, I am no Visio expert, so it is highly likely this is User error. Please help.

Eith the new ribbon some of the old things are hard to find.
Chsnging names does not help either. Rather than comments and annotation, think screen tips and callouts.

In the Insert tab of the ribbon, take a look at Callouts and Screen Tips.
