I inherited a db which maintains the office floor maps in Visio and Office details in Access. And it hasn't needed any revisions to the underlying maps for some time. Now the original designer is gone and everytime I try to update one of the maps the image comes back larger than it was before and doesn't fit on the page anymore. Even if I make no changes just copy it out and copy it back. I have tried changing the image size property to clip, zoom and stretch and it always looks the same. Every time I repaste the image it chops off about 1-2 inches on the right margin. I've tried it using the native application (Visio) and simply paste special (picture) which is what my notes say. Everytime the same result.
