Visio 5.0 and Windows 2000 OS conflicts

Is anyone aware of conflicts with running Visio 5.0 on the Windows 2000 OS? I am having trouble getting stencils to open. The odd part being, if the stencils were opened when the drawing was saved on a computer running a previous version of Windows OS (95/98 etc.) then they come up open with the drawing, but I am unable to open them from the menu.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. :)
