Visio 2010 on Win 7

This may not be the right forum for this question and if not, please forgive me.

My question/issue has to do with Visio 2010. I need to start a new Software/Database diagram. When I start up Visio 2010 this option is not available in the Template Categories.

Does anybody know if there is/was a problem with Visio in this area? How do I go about adding the template option to my Visio install?

I am running on 64-bit Win 7.

Not being a Visio user leads me to ask this type of basic question. Which edition of Visio 2010 are you running? Maybe that is the problem?
