Visio 2007 - Printing Issue

I have a Visio diagram that uses a custom page size, 11 x 20 inches. In Visio 2003 the page would print across several sheets of Letter sized paper, from the top down, to fit the drawing.

Now, when I print the same document in Visio 2007, it appears to render the page starting from the bottom so printing begins half way down the first page (leaving the top half blank) and the diagram is justified with the bottom of the paper. It's as if it's rendering the print job from the bottom up leaving the top part of page one blank. If I turn on View Page Breaks, there is a page break about 1/3 down the first page.

Anyone one else have similar problems? I've tried a variety of page set-up combinations without success.

Visio has always paginated based on a full sheet in the lower left corner.

I don't mean to be rude, but I wouldn't be asking this question now if I was having this problem using Visio 2003. To be clear, I wasn't.

If any one does the simple test I outlined previously, you'll see that in Visio 2003 the pagination begins in the upper left corner moving down. That way the bottom of the drawing is printed on a partial page while the top is printed on a full page.

In Visio 2007 the pagination begins at the bottom left corner causing the bottom portion of the document to print on a full page and the top portion to print on a partial page. This means the drawing begins printing about 1/2 way down the first page.

This can't be intentional as it makes printing onerous and inefficient. There must be someone else that's having this problem.

Everything in Visio has been based on the lower left corner, so what is happening in Visio 2003 and Visio 2007 is inconsistent. If you change the page size so the difference is more pronounced, you will notice that the page break preview in PageSetup does not match the page breaks on the actual page (Turn View PageBreaks on when you play with Page Setup.)

I've passed the comments on to someone who supports Visio at Microsoft. This is the holidays, so it may take some time getting an answer back.
