Visio 2003 - No "Favorites" on menus!!!

When I click File > Shapes > My Shapes, there is no "Favorites" selection on the submenu at all.

When I right-click a shape in a stencil and click Add to My Shapes, there is no Add to My Favorites selection on that submenu at all.

To get to my favorites, I have to navigate to the stencil itself and open it.

:-(
