My Visio 2002 Pro CD has ceased to function, anyone know where I can download a replacement copy?

In principal, Microsoft should replace your media (given proof of purchase) for minimal admin cost, but a problem is likely to arise - that Visio 2002 is out of support. This link outline Microsoft's basic policy on this, and this link should allow you to find the correct UK number to call.

As a different approach, have you tried any of the utilities that purport to be able to recover data off damaged CDs?

Yes it is a bit old. But I have load of diagrams created with it. I will try the data recovery thing.

Yes I have that somewhere, but I have CD Tool box working on the Disk, its taking a veeeeery long time, and that even after I was able to Tx some files from a working installation.
