Visio 2002 BSOD when printing

Hi Guys,

I have a user who has one Visio docuemnt which will crash his computer when he tries to print. He is getting a BSOD with 'bad_pool_caller'.

I have tried this on my own computer and received the same error. I do however run identical hardware and OS build. Printing to different model printers (HP8000DN and HP8150N).

Any hints?! Please!
