Hi,

I have copy of Visio and was wondering if it is legal for me to install this to both my home pc and my work pc. My employer does not have a license for this product. Thank You

The licensing agreement for Visio 2000 is shown in Visio Help| Contents| Service, support & licensing under Visio corporation license agreement.

It seems to me that you are allowed to make a copy of a business-licensed program on your home or portable computer - I quote :
<Second Copy; Backup Copy. The primary user of a computer on which a copy of the Software Product is installed may make a second copy (with the inclusion of all copyright and other proprietary notices) for his or her exclusive Use on either a home or portable computer, but not both. You may also make one copy of the Software Product solely for backup or archival purposes (with the inclusion of all copyright and other proprietary notices). >
