Visio 2000 Print error

I have a user that is running XP, and has Visio 2000 SR1, out of the "blue". No matter what printer, networked or local, new or old file. He gets a printer error....

VISIO Print error #2107

And that is all it says, and nothing prints.

Any Ideas?

If you are a programmer - use VBA to capture the print event and do a manual print of a page. See if it can be captured. You can also use the SDK for visio and use the tool to see what events are firing.
