HELP!
Visio 2000 creates a bin file of about 30k to store cache records when the application is first ran from a client. However in a citrix environment were the application has NEVER been ran before from the client but is being opened and ran from a third party software outputting to visio, the bin file is not created and connectivity cannot be obtained. A part bin file is created approx. 3k.
The only workaround I can find is copying a bin file to the relevant clients, but this is not a rebust solution if any of the settings change.
Can anyone help? A similar problem was fixed on SP1, but MS do not show what was fixed or how it was fixed.
