Visio 2000 Auto Discovery Cannot Detect Anything in NT4

Can anyone tell me if they have had experience with Visio 2000 Auto Discovery on there network.<br><br>How does it work?<br><br>What protocols or settings do I need in order for this piece of software to save me alot of time and money.<br><br>I have an NT network ,all servers and printers have static ip's.<br>4 x Cisco 5500 Switches with static ip.<br>All users run auto DHCP (150 users NTwork/Win9x).<br><br>I can ping all addresses via ip number or dns.<br><br>So when I run this autodiscovery option in visio to pickup any numbers existing on my network for PING or SNMP.<br>I get nothing no detection of any devices.<br><br>Please help me this is an OEM version,so got no support for this software and I thought I could save myself alot of time drawing out this network because I have another 300 machines to be installed in my building and haven't got alot of time to get this place up and running and documented.<br><br>Thanks anyone in advance!!!<br><br>Offy<br><br><br><br>
