Hello there,

we`ve several developer who use M$ Visual Studio. Since i`ve deploy VirusScan 4.51 on their workstations they told me that every compile process will take longer.
1) Any idea which folders or files i could exclude from scanning ??? (pagefile.sys ?)
2) If they stop "Systemscan" the rules told the workstations every 5 minutes to restart the "Systemscan" again...how can i configure ePo not to restart "Systemscan" again but relize all other rules (DAT Update and so on...)

Thanx for your help,
greetings from germany

Hi

You need to set the agent NOT to enforce policys locally or maybe set the enforce policy to 360 minutes.
You'll find this under agent policys in ePO.

This will able your developers to stop systemscan without the agent starting it again.

Cheers
