VirusScan couldn't delete file

Hello,
I have next problem - my VirusScan couldn't delete file on PC. I'm using pskill.exe to kill processes on PC - till two weeks ago VirusScan deleted this every on demand scan and etc... but now VirusScan displays error: couldn't move/delete file. Where is the problem?

Have you upgraded from VirusScan Enterprise 7.0 to 7.1 recently? I may be wrong on this, but in 7.0 I think if the scans are set to find Potentially Unwanted Programs, then your PSKILL will be deleted. Then when 7.1 came out, I think McAfee made a change to the Potentially Unwanted Programs scan to only identify the program but not remove it automatically.
