Viruses and Trojans on computer and denying Internet access

Last night, I was searching for some song lyrics, and I encountered some viruses. I tried to use Norton, NoAdware, Spyware, PestPatrol, and McAfee, but nothing seems to be able to get this stuff off my computer. I have one that keeps coming back called PeoplePage Adware.

Any suggestions?

Spybot should have gotten rid of PeoplePage. Did you turn off System Restore (guessing XP)? Did you also try Hijackthis?
