I am doing some testing as we will be migrating over to 2003 server in the next few weeks. Does anyone have any idea what the recommended AV software for Win2003 would be?

I assure you it does. Unless you're using the retail version then it won't work. Try the enterprise 7 version. I even have the beta of ePO 3.0 running beside it.
