Virus/Worms on XP pro

I keep picking up worms Nachi.B and Lovsan.A on my PC.

I'm using Kerio personal firewall and AVG (to clean up) but they keep coming back.

Would be grateful if you could point me to a permanent solution.

MAKE SURE YOU TURN OFF SYSTEM RESTORE first.....then run your virus scan......or download Stinger and run that....get it here:

Incidentally when disable System Restore you will lose all the restore points....but is necessary to rid yourself of the viruses.

When done, enable system restore and create a new restore date when all is ok

Make sure you are getting and installing the MS security updates. They are comming out every couple of days now.

Nachi.b is supposed to uninstall itself on the 1st of June 2004. If you can trust the virus writer.
