Virus that Prohibits Deleting Files on Hard Drive 2

I can't delete any file on my system no matter what I try. I have scanned my system for viruses and it found in my _Restore directory a IRC/Mimic virus. I did the steps to get rid of it but the problem is still there..

Anyone offer help?
