I have GroupShield 5.2 with scan engine 4.2.40 and virus definition 4266 installed on my E2K Server. The problem I'm having is that groupshied keep reporting every few seconds or so a virus (W32/sobig.b@MM).It does not delete, or quarantine the virus. It justs reports it.
I uninstalled and reinstalled groupshield but same problem.
How can I get rid of this virus. I even downloaded Norton Removal tool (FxSobigb.exe)for this virus but it did not detect any.
Please help...
Any suggestions will be appreciated...

This is the error it reports:

I called NA for the same problem, the newest SuperDAT should take care of the problem. I rebooted to make sure and it seems to have worked.
It will update the engine to 4.2.6 and DATs to4274

Hope this helps
