When I run Spysweeper it detects a running software called COOL tells me to close this so it can be removed, but I don't know where or how to close it. I have tried Spysweeper in normal mode, safe mode, AVG, Tauscan 1.7, CWShredder and I can't find anything to remove this hijacker. Does anyone have any suggestions?? i would really appreciate any help.
