Recently at work its been discovered that people (without their knowing of course) have been sending e-mails to their entire address book or to random people in it. It seems to work similar to previous outlook viruses, however, it seems much more selective and a bit smarter (it's not always sending to the entire address book). What's very strange is that it's taking previously sent messages, and re-constructing them and sending them again. As you can imagine this leaves a huge gap for confidentical information to be sent to anyone. What's even more strange is the re-constructions make sense.

Has anyone heard of a virus like this? or could this be some work of a disgrunted employee or computer tech? IT is currently researching the project, but I figured I'd ask here.

Bugbear is the most likely culprit with Klez a close second.
