Virus Modifying my exe

Hello,

i realize there was a virus on my server (w32.Tufik) and since then, even after ny antivirus detected and removed it, i can't run my programs and even if i want to go to the registry editor i can't.... when i try to run anything it opens a notepad window with some horrible writtings.

pleasse help.

As you never can be sure you got rid of it completely, I would suggest rebuilding a new server.
