I could do with a bit of advice if anyone can help.

I have recently set up ePolicy Orchestrator on our NT Server covering our LAN. Everythings going well, I can control all the nodes/childs on the network, force updates, update .DAT files etc etc.
The only problem I am having is setting up a scheduled task to create a virus mirror!
I have created a task in epo, changed the task settings as I think they should be with the mcafee ftp site and the desired location on the server for the downloaded files to be stored. I have enabled the task and set the task to run at a specified time.
Unfortunately nothing seems to happen, no files are downloaded to the server , no error messages appear and not even the log file appears.
Any ideas?
Anything for me to check??

Looking at the docs, it says the destination folder should be a local folder OR if it's a network folder, it should be mapped to a drive.

Troubleshooting, try to test this out to run immediately on a machine you can verify on. IIRC, VS 4.51 has this and should be able to do it correctly as long as the account currently logged on has sufficient rights to save to a network folder. Also, if you are trying to save to a network folder, make sure you're logged in to that server, rather than just having a mapped drive.

Hope this helps.
