whilst trying to reply directly to a sender in a forum I got the following message: "A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected , it may be a virus and you should choose "no". which i did. What does this mean..? I've scanned both OS' on my machine using Inoculate and found nothing. Scanned also with Panda and nothing as well.

New viruses are coming out all the time. Your AV (antivirus) program may be up to date but you can still succumb to an unknown virus. I just received word of of a VBS worm called HARD-A that pretends to be a warning from Symantec and then sends itself to all your Outlook addresses. See if you can track down what program or script is trying to access your addresses. It may be a valid program that you installed but forgot that it needs access or it may be an unknown virus.
