I have spybot ,ad-aware,and a few other protection.
How can I remove this.
It is not visible when I go to the folder

It shouldn't be a problem it's been quarantined by your A/V and access to it has been denied.

If you open your A/V program, you should be able to empty (delete)any flies in quarantine.

Hi People

This is really something
What spybot and ad-aware could not remove, avg-anti virus was able to remove.
avg found 3 viruses.
Thanks

I have a problem.
I don't know how to remove these viruses.
avg didn't remove them.
Can someone tell me the next step in removing the viruses.

AVG didn't remove them, or did it put them into quarantine as in your first post?

AdAware couldn't remove it/them because AVG had denied it permission by moving the files to the Virus Vault, is my guess.

AVG Control Centre > Virus Vault. What does it contain - files, viruses? Empty it and it should remove them from your drive completely.

Hi satrow
Avg didn't do anything.
The 3 viruses don't show in the virus vault.

Run a full scan from Safe Mode then, that should take care of it.

If not, download ewido, update it, restart in Safe Mode and scan with it.

Hi satrow
ewido didn't find the 3 viruses.
I have not gone into the safe mode in a long time.
I am thinking maybe I will crash the computer.

Ok, do you have "Several pornographic links are added into the favorites."? (from the link Dian gave)

If you don't, you probably aren't infected - "Notification of infection does not always indicate that a machine has been infected; it only indicates that a program included the viral class file. This does not mean that it used the malicious functionality." (from the same link)

From Microsoft regarding the vulnerability that this trojan tries to exploit:- "Versions of the Microsoft virtual machine (Microsoft VM) are identified by build numbers, which can be determined using the JVIEW tool as discussed in the FAQ. All builds of the Microsoft VM up to and including build 5.0.3809 are affected by these vulnerabilities." from
I would read the above page carefully and come to your own conclusion about this.

If you have updated Windows via Windows Update in the last two or three years, your system is likely to be immune from it.

Hi satrow
"Several pornographic links are added into the favorites."?
No
My computer is working ok.
I just wanted to remove those things.
Thnaks for your help

Download crap cleaner and allow it to clean temp folders and temporary internet files folders and see if that helps.

Hi diogenes10
I can't believe it.
Ccleaner removed those 3 viruses.
Thanks
