Apart from the handful that NAI developed and has available for download (I think there are four in total including Nimda. Code red and Slammer), I'm not aware of any. You might try checking the web site for SANS and looking for a forum that focuses on AV and detection - perhaps someone else has developed some and will share them.

Its not that hard to build your own filters. You can use Snorts signature files as the source of offsets and/or string values that the filters need to have.
