Virus downloads

I have been trying to download the latest virus definitions file for Virus scan 4.5 McAfee.
Everytime i try to do this I get the error unable to login to remote system, my settings are set to annonymous ftp login, all other settings are ok. Others can login and download ok using the same settings, just not me.
any suggestions?

Just go to the website instead of using the automatic download function. There may be another version of the console which you can update as well. Depending on what version you are running, you may have to download the superdat file.
