Hi,

Thanks a lot in all the way to help me out to solve this problem.here is one more problem i am facing when ever i am opening the exchange server it gives an virusdetection ' wscript.kakworm' is infected in " D:\app\exchsrvr\imcdata\in\yvy... " like this and i am running norton virus 2000 virus protection and it is an live update, i checked in the norton virus site also they told me download some ' fixkak.exe' to solve this virus i downlaoded it i tried that also but the problem remains the same, can you help me out to solve this problem.

Delete the file in question. Your virus protection is detecting the virus and won't allow Exchange to take the email out of the in queue and process it to the recipient.
