See my reply to the message "Cleaning Mailboxes" that was posted 12/18. You can not clean the server from a workstation with Outlook. You need a Virus produc made specifically for Exchange.

(Although if the problem is small, you can delete the messages with Outlook)

I HAVE INSTALLED SYMANTEC CORPORATE EDITION IN MY EXCHANGE SERVER AND NOW I AM UNABLE TO REMOVE IT.

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW COULD I FIX IT?

THANK YOU

JACQUELINE

Why would you want to remove it Jacqueline? Set it to manual scan not automatic scan from the main virus server and exclude the dsadata folder (the one with edb.log) and you won't have a problem.

Well, I don't...
