We have V8.6 installed on our server. I am trying to update the virus definition file within BE with no luck. It gets stuck on 25% and then fails. That might or might not be due to port21 block in the wider corporate network. However I have seen somewhere that you can download these definitions for BE manually. Can anyone please guide me to this or ducumentation to read where to get the constant updates for BE...Thanks
