Virus:BAT.Cream.C

Hello.
I have windows vista and i use the Live OneCare fore my antivirus needs. I havn't had any problems with it but it found "Virus:BAT.Cream.C". I have googled it and looked in virus encyclopedias but i cant find any kind of info on it. Would some one be able to tell me how I may have gotten it and what it does to my pc?
