Dear Technical Team,

We have recently upgraded the NAV for MSE2.1 from 1.5 and enabled the autoprotect option mapi/vapi combination. For blocking the virus we have enabled the option through registry for specified file extensions.

Autoprotection is detecting the virus files and it clearing/deleting the virus affected files. But in the admin alert message, we are not able to find from which send the send was sent. Following message is appearing in the admin alert.

Sender of the infected attachment: Unknown Sender Recipient of the infected attachment: Unknown Subject of the message: Unknown One or more attachments were deleted.
Attachment PetaPesawat.exe was Deleted for the following reasons:Virus UNAUTHORIZED FILE was found.

Is there any option to find the sender of the mail

Thank you,

regards
badri
