Virtulization for windows 2003 server

I have a brought a new dellserver PowerEdge R410 and thought of doing virtulization.I was reading windows 7 virtulization.I need to install two copies of windows 2003 server on the same server for two different operational purpose .Any ideas will be appreciated.

One copy of Windows 2003 Enterprise and install the 2 virtuals in there.
