I had just removed a sticker from a water bottle that says that this bottle is "VIRTUALLY UNBREAKABLE!"
Here I am sitting and thinking HOW is it possible?
Well... Virtual reality can't damage reality so I'm guess it is accurate to say it is virtually unbreakable...
Most likely they mean through normal use it will only break in very rare circumstances and should survive falls, spills, hits, drops, kicks, use and the like in well functioning (not leaking) condition.
Dropping it from the top of the Empire States Building... Well thats way beyond normal use...

I would guess your bottle is ALMOST PERFECT , so it is just one little step short of perfection, or being absolutely unbreakable.
Seriously, though, I think it was meant as a disclaimer: it is unbreakable under normal usage conditions, but if you try very hard and manage to break it using some tools or unusual methods, they won't have to replace it under the warranty.
