Had the entire system up and working in VMWARE 6.5. Had all the licenses added everything was almost perfect. I could not get the licenses to end up on the 2 V2 500s in two remote spots to come up with licenses. I changed the Web socked from client to server on the IPOs, made the change and bang lost both virtuals. Weird part is System Status see the Line as up, but I can't ping it from my computer. I can seem to ping the primary from the V2 500s. When I login to VMWARE it looks up, have rebooted the Virtual no change.

The weird part was we seen 6 licenses in use for the server edition license so a -2 which I was trying to resolve with changing the websockets as that was an idea from Avaya.

Anyone ever see both the Primary and Secondary just dissapear? I even turned off the Secondary Virtual in case it was that. Rebooted the 500s nada.

If I had not already generated the licenses I would just redo the image on the virtual. UGH....

Thoughts or ideas?

You can regenerate the licenses. So a rebuild is an option.

Ok so here is what happened, no IDEA how...

Worked further into the command line, cause that is sooo much fun as a phone guy.

Boot Pro changed to NONE on both systems...

Gateway gone on both systems....

Static addresses still were showing, but not responsive.

Changed it to Static and the gateway came back, BAM back up.

But the changes I was making in the system were nowhere near LAN stuff, so a little worried about it happening in the future, but at least I can fix it fast. LOL
