We have two ACDs and I want to find the best solution to virtualize a group of agents at both locations. We currently use Network Interque but it doesn't seem to be what we are looking for as we want these agents to be treated as if the were in the same building.

Any suggestions?

Aspect's IP NIQ would query each ACD for the longest available agent (and other criteria) and route accordingly providing a virtual solution.
